Privacy Policy
Last updated 28 August 2026
This is a working draft, not legal advice. It describes accurately what this site does with your data today, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you are relying on it for compliance — GDPR, the Nigeria Data Protection Act, CCPA or anything else — have a solicitor read it first.
Who we are
Saint is a personal AI agent for macOS, operated from usesaint.com. For anything in this policy, write to malkiel.godson@usesaint.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us, plus the minimum needed to stop abuse.
- Your email address, when you join the list, ask to be notified, or take a beta place.
- Optional answers you choose to give afterwards: your name, age, sex, which platform you use, and free-text replies about your work. Every one of these is optional and the form works without them.
- Which list you joined — the waitlist or the paid beta — and your position in it.
- Booking details if you schedule a call: the time you picked and the meeting link.
- A salted hash of your IP address, used only to rate-limit signups. The address itself is never stored, and the hash cannot be reversed back to it.
- The page that referred you, if your browser sent one.
We do not collect payment details. Nothing is charged during the beta, and no card is ever requested.
What we do with it
- Email you about Saint: a confirmation, build updates, your booking, your invite code, and a heads-up before launch.
- Decide who to onboard first, and in what order.
- Understand who Saint is being built for, so it gets built for the right people.
- Stop bots and repeat spam signups.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train models.
Who else touches it
A small number of processors, each doing one job:
- Neon — the Postgres database your record is stored in.
- Vercel — hosting, and privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without cookies or cross-site tracking.
- Resend — sends the emails.
- Cal.com — runs the booking calendar, if you book a call.
- Google Fonts — serves the typeface, which means your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the beta programme ends and the records are no longer needed. Unsubscribing stops the email but keeps your record so we do not accidentally mail you again.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe — every email has a one-click link, and it works immediately.
- Ask what we hold — email us and we will send you your record.
- Ask us to delete it — email us and we will remove it.
- Correct it — tell us and we will fix it.
There is no form for these. One email to malkiel.godson@usesaint.com reaches a person.
Children
The beta is for adults. The signup form asks for 18 or over, and ages under 18 are not recorded. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so by email rather than quietly editing this page.
